These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the quoting, invoicing, and payment services provided by Traditions Supply LLC (“Traditions Supply,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for the period stated on the quote, typically 10 days. Prices, availability, and lead times may change until an order is confirmed. An order is accepted once payment is received. Orders may be changed or cancelled at no charge before they are released for fulfillment; after that, our Returns & Warranty Policy applies.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due at the time of order. Invoices may be paid by credit card or bank transfer (ACH) through our secure Intuit QuickBooks payment link. Applicable Texas sales tax is added where required.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges, timelines, and delivery arrangements are set out in your quote or order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the shipment and noting any shortage or damage on the delivery receipt before signing; claims for visible damage on a receipt signed clear may not be recoverable.
Returns and warranties
Returns, cancellations, damage claims, and warranty coverage are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In short: eligible unused stock product may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization, subject to a 25% restocking fee, with shipping charges non-refundable; custom, special-order, cut-to-fit, opened-hardware, and clearance items are non-returnable; and damaged or defective product is replaced at no cost to you. Products carry the original manufacturer’s limited warranty, which we administer on your behalf. Contact us before returning any item — unauthorized returns are refused.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traditions Supply’s liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
